CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: CIRCLE K STORE, 4415 OLD KATHLEEN RD, LAKELAND
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-22057
Around 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2023, the suspect seen here went into the Circle K store after loitering outside for approximately 40 minutes. He retrieved a case of beer and then stood in line briefly before leaving the store without paying for the beer. He got into a white four-door car and left.
He's described as a black male, wearing shorts, black socks, slides, a striped polo-style shirt, and a ballcap.
